Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 das after receipt of payment (excludes weekends or public holidays) and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class recorded which requires a signature. We always will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We advise you to group your items in one order to save on postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized so your items are well-protected.

Next Day Service

We do offer a next day service but any order must be placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday. Please note next day service is not available on Saturday or Sunday.





Returns

All items must be returned within 30 days for refunds or replacement. We recommend you use Recorded Mail as items do get lost in the post.
